We choose the best barrels to blend a combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Cabernet Franc into a harmony of attributes that give us a wine that earns our highest rated name. The 2005 Maestro is layered with aromas of dark fruits and undercurrents of chocolate, rose petal and just a hint of coffee on the finish. All supported by smooth tannin. It reflects the bouquet and layered structure that only comes with patience and aging in small oak barrels. The 2005 Cabernet Franc Reserve on the pallet shows cherries and chocolate a combination that reflects elegance. All of this encased in smooth tannins on the finish.
