"White Note" Viognier

Viognier varietal has more natural aromatics that include notes of peach, pear, violets and minerality.  Our Viognier is made in stainless steel, and un-oaked.

Suggested Food Parings:  Roasted turkey, chicken or pork,  or blackened scallops are great complements to this wine.  And you don't have to be from the south to enjoy this wine with Shrimp and Grits.

What's for dessert?  Use fruits such as pear or mango, or how about a cheddar and apple tart?
